Standard brain image and model data files

We will provide images of the normal brain of silkworm. Images are provided in multi-page TIFF format. If the image size is 512 x 512 pixels and number of slices is 154, the voxel size is 2 μm. Image files are represented by the number of pixels and the number of slices. For example, 154 images (520 x 512 pixels in size and 2 μm in voxel size) are named like 0512 x 0 512 x 0154.tif. In addition, we also provide binarized images and contour image of the standard brain in multi-page TiFF format. Furthermore, 3D model of the standard brain in Wavefront Obj format.
